Join in the creation of authentic, farm-fresh cheese! Take on the role of cheesemaker under Maria’s expert guidance. You’ll get a piece of cheese to take home with you!

All farm cheeses are unique, because all cheesemakers have their own style and their own tricks! You will get to take on the role of cheesemaker under Maria’s expert guidance. You’ll measure the milk, heat it to the exact right temperature, add rennet, stir, and finally, shape the cheese. During the day, we’ll enjoy coffee breaks and eat lunch together. And of course, you’ll also get to taste some of the farm’s cheeses. You will also have the chance to meet some of the farm’s crowd of curious animals.

Included: The full-day activity includes lunch, morning and afternoon coffee breaks, a cheesemaking manual and a piece of cheese to take home.

Dairy work clothing is available to borrow. Payment for the experience is made in advance. Honey, sausage, cheese and other food products are available for purchase on the farm.
