Morning coffee at the Dalälven rapids (sandwich SEK +20) Guided tour of the Fire Truck Museum’s two floors. Have a seat in our fire trucks and try on helmets and gas masks. Lunch at Herrgårdens Orangeri (lunch of the day, beverage, coffee). Visit to the unique Centrum för Byggnadsvård building maintenance center and exhibition space, maybe to buy some of our famous Gysinge soap. Visit to Naturum (Färnebofjärden National Park entrance) and Gysinge’s own local hardware store.

We follow the Public Health Agency of Sweden’s recommendations and only admit a limited number of (symptom-free) guests into the museum at a time and only when there is a museum official in the building. No set opening hours in July. Currently, there are no guided tours indoors and no testing of helmets, uniforms or gas masks. The play area is available for one family at a time. We accept bookings for small groups (families, friends, etc.)
